John Digweed is saluting electronic music’s innovators for his July 2023 mix by contrasting some of the year’s fresh heat with tracks from across the 21st century. “This month: a mix of two halves, starting up with really big new records from Tal Fussman and Andrey Sirotkin, and something from the brand-new Laurent Garnier album,” he tells Apple Music. “Later on, I’ve pulled a selection of tracks that were released between 2001 and 2019 that I think were so ahead of their time they fit perfectly into anything released today.
